Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or direct industry experience accepted.
• Experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales.
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment.
• 3+ years as a top producer in sales.
• Customer-focused mentality with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call prospective clients to generate new business.
• Use calls, emails, and prospecting to expand client base for Educational & Therapy Services.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients.
• Educate clients about Aya's Staffing services and value proposition.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective clients for ongoing growth.
