Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking a District Partnership Specialist to support districts in the Greater Los Angeles Area. You will guide districts through IXL implementation, deliver professional development, and work with district leaders to monitor progress and plan next steps.

The role requires a BA/BS, 5+ years delivering PD in K-12, and strong presentation and relationship-building skills. This is a full-time remote position for LA residents with extensive travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years delivering professional development to K-12 audiences.
• Experience as a school or district administrator or equivalent PD exposure.
• Experience leading instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions.
• Strong data interpretation to inform planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to teachers and administrators.
• Partner with district leaders to design and implement PD plans aligned to goals.
• Travel within the Greater Los Angeles Area for district meetings and classrooms (40%–60% local travel).
• Collaborate with Sales to support districts piloting IXL and other opportunities.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and plan next steps for implementation.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers.
