Job summary

Greystar is seeking a seasoned Community Manager for a 375-unit Newport Beach property. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a on-site team, manage budgets, and drive leasing performance to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include enforcing leasing processes, analyzing market trends, and maintaining strong resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with all regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a 375-unit community and staff.
• Develop and monitor budgets, rent collection, and financial reports.
• Oversee leasing process, applications, renewals, and notices.
• Lead property team and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
