Hom,-Inc. seeks a Landlord Engagement Specialist to build a robust Los Angeles housing inventory for TLS participants. You will focus on landlord outreach, relationship development, and identifying units meeting FMR and program standards.

The role collaborates with Case Managers, Housing Navigators, and Landlord Relations staff to support rapid housing placement and long-term stability for clients experiencing homelessness.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating housing placements and landlord outreach.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local regulations is preferred.
• Ability to work with homeless populations using Housing First principles.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs as required.
