Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional for an affordable housing community in Los Angeles.

You will guide applicants through the leasing process, market the property, and strive to meet occupancy targets while delivering excellent resident service. Key duties include processing LIHTC/Section 8 applications with income verification, maintaining audit-ready files, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with Compliance or partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales and marketing experience preferred.
• 1+ year residential leasing experience preferred.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market affordable housing units and achieve leasing targets.
• Process applications with income verification.
• Explain program requirements and lease terms to applicants.
• Maintain occupancy and compliance with income limits.
• Handle inquiries via internet and phone professionally.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours lockouts.
