LA Family Housing in Los Angeles seeks an Engagement Coordinator to help participants access services and address housing crises through intake, assessment, eligibility screening, program orientation, and case management. The role supports field-based and center-based service delivery.

You will maintain participant records, manage data in HMIS/CHAMP, and collaborate with community partners to coordinate referrals. Travel between sites is required.

Competenze

• Experience in social services or case management preferred.
• Ability to assess needs and create housing plans with clients.
• Proficiency with data entry and client record-keeping.

Mansioni

• Conduct triage, intake, and eligibility screening onsite or in the field.
• Develop housing plans and goals with participants.
• Provide housing-focused case management and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate referrals with community partners and LAFH team.
• Maintain accurate participant records in HMIS/CHAMP.
