Performance Foodservice seeks an experienced outside sales professional to grow independent accounts in the Los Angeles area. You will own end-to-end relationships, win new business, and expand current accounts while traveling locally.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6-12 months B2B sales experience, route sales, or restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years as a chef, sous chef, or restaurant GM; 2+ years in a foodservice outside sales role is ideal.

Aufgaben

• Generate additional business by analyzing sales territory and customers; sample products and plan sales approaches.
• Grow sales and profit margins to meet goals.
• Set up new accounts, determine pricing, and coordinate credit terms and deliveries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through exemplary service and coordination with center staff.
• Grow business with current customers through product penetration.
• Monitor credit terms to minimize receivables and follow up on issues.
• Keep aware of pricing trends within the territory for competitive pricing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
