Job summary

SiriusXM LA Events is seeking an Events Assistant to support pre-production and logistics for events in the LA Area, including experiential activations, live broadcasts, concerts, and talent appearances in our LA studio and venues.

You will assist with event setup and breakdown, research, data entry, inventory management, and other administrative tasks while interacting with the public in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 6-12 months of related work experience.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work ~10–15 hours per week including weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Some heavy lifting required.
• Good public speaking and presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SiriusXM LA Events team with pre-production and logistics for events in the LA Area, including experiential activations, live broadcasts, concerts, sporting events, podcasts and talent appearances.
• Set up and break down event materials such as step and repeats, tents, banners, etc., and perform basic office tasks including research, data entry, inventory management.
• Communicate professionally with staff, talent, and the public; manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
