Job summary

Pandora, part of SiriusXM, is seeking a part-time Events Assistant to support LA-area events including experiential activations, live broadcasts, concerts and talent appearances. You will assist with pre-production, logistics, setup and breakdown, and basic office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 6–12 months of related work, a flexible schedule (10–15 hours/wk), and comfortable public interaction with talent and the public.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 6–12 months of related work experience.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work ~10–15 hours per week, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SiriusXM LA Events team with pre-production and logistics for events in the LA area, following established procedures.
• Set up and breakdown event materials (step and repeats, tents, banners, etc.) and perform basic office tasks (data entry, inventory management).
• Interact with the public in a friendly, professional manner.
