Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a part-time Events Assistant in the NY Area to support on-site and off-site promotions. You will help with event setup, live broadcasts, talent appearances, and engaging with attendees while maintaining inventory and handling administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 6–12 months of related experience, and a flexible schedule around 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 6-12 months of related work experience.
• Flexible schedule; ~20 hours per week including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional setup and performance for on-site/off-site events in the NY Area.
• Coordinate events: live broadcasts, remotes, concerts, sports, talent appearances.
• Engage with the public in a friendly, professional manner.
• Inventory management of Marketing Tools.
• Distribute handouts and premiums.
• Set up and break down event materials (tent, banners, etc.).
• Process invoices and prize fulfillment tasks.
• Data entry and miscellaneous duties.
• Perform other duties as required.
