Qualifications

• Flexible schedule (≈20 hours/week) including weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Some heavy lifting required.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills; interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional setup and performance for on-site/off-site events in the NY Area.
• Support events including live broadcasts, remotes, concerts, and talent appearances.
• Engage with the public in a friendly, professional manner.
• Inventory management of marketing tools and distribution of handouts/prizes.
• Setup and breakdown event materials (tents, banners, etc.).
• Process invoices, prize fulfillment, data entry, and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as required.
