• Lead on-site team; manage hiring, training, performance, scheduling and payroll.
• Drive leasing and marketing; set rents and manage renewals.
• Foster resident relations; plan events and enforce policies.
• Ensure upkeep through inspections; coordinate maintenance and vendor relations.
