Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as Property Manager, Community Manager, or similar.
• Budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations experience.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and property management regulations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Nevada Private Investigator's License (work card) is a non-negotiable condition.
• CAM certification or similar industry certification is preferred.
• Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Develop and manage the property's annual budget, oversee rent collection, manage expenses, and prepare financial performance reports.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the on-site team, hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, and payroll.
• Leasing & Marketing: Drive leasing activities, oversee marketing, set rental rates, and manage renewals.
• Resident Relations: Build positive living environments, plan events, and enforce policies.
• Property Operations: Ensure upkeep, coordinate maintenance, and manage vendor relationships.
