Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group is hiring an Assistant Community Manager in Inglewood, CA. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, leasing activities, and resident relations to sustain occupancy and a quality living environment.

This role requires 3+ years in property management, knowledge of housing regulations, and a valid driver's license. CAM certification is a plus, with a benefits package including health, life, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws.
• Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting.
• A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Financial Support: manage rent collection, delinquencies, audit invoices, assist budgeting and expenses.
• Leasing & Resident Experience: support leasing activities to achieve occupancy and ensure high service levels.
• Operational Oversight: assist in inspections, coordinate maintenance, manage work orders, liaise with vendors.
• Team Leadership: support Community Manager in supervising on-site team and uphold standards.
