Job summary

Coretelligent, LLC. is seeking a Client Support Engineer I to deliver onsite and remote IT support for a diverse client base in the Los Angeles area. This hybrid role combines hands-on troubleshooting with strong customer service, working with Windows, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, and server infrastructure.

You will be part of a team focused on white-glove service, with participation in an on-call rotation and opportunities to grow your skills across networking and security disciplines.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Azure Environments and O365 Administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients on-site to resolve technical issues and close tickets.
• Troubleshoot Windows connectivity, printing, user profiles, and applications.
• Provide Microsoft Office and Mobile Device troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot backup solutions, mail-flow, and Exchange DAG.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, and related platforms.
• Deploy new hardware using imaging technology.
• Configure switches and diagnose DHCP, DNS, AD replication, and VPN issues.
• Perform after-hours on-site support and maintenance as needed.
