Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent with 2 years of troubleshooting across Linux, Solaris, and AIX.
• Experience analyzing system logs, monitoring with Geneos, and using runbooks for incident mitigation.
• Familiarity with ITIL, DR testing, change control, and CAPA to improve reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Security Operations Centers applications.
• Execute end-to-end production operations incident and service request workflows.
• Perform RCA, CAPA, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication during critical incidents and change events.
• Validate change deployment, perform post-change verification, and support DR testing.
