Job summary

DB USA Core Corporation in Arlington, VA seeks a Production Support Associate to provide L2 support for Security Operations Centers applications. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field and two years' experience across Linux/Solaris/AIX, Splunk, and Geneos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Two years of experience troubleshooting across Linux/Solaris/AIX environments.
• Experience analyzing system logs with Splunk and monitoring with Geneos.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Security Operations Center applications.
• Execute incident, service request, and change workflows with runbook-driven mitigations.
• Perform RCA, CAPA actions, and cross-functional communication for rapid recovery.
• Review changes, validate rollback plans, and perform post-change validation.
• Support DR testing and ensure regulatory compliance with audit evidence.
