Job summary

ERock is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage the enterprise Learning Management System, publish content, and ensure accurate training records. You will collaborate with analytics on Power BI dashboards and support instructional design efforts.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in L&D or related field and 2+ years in LMS-related roles, with strong organizational and reporting skills. This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, HR, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in learning and development, LMS administration, or related function.
• Foundational understanding of LMS course management, training assignments, learning records, completion tracking, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for training schedules and event logistics.
• Ability to organize and validate data, prepare reports, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator of the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), managing courses, assignments, learner records, completions, and user support.
• Publish and maintain learning content in the LMS, applying naming conventions, standards, and governance requirements.
• Monitor training records, compliance assignments, data accuracy, and generate completion reports.
• Coordinate Talent Development training calendars, registrations, facilities, materials, catering, and event logistics.
• Collect and validate training data; help define reporting requirements and collaborate on Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Maintain routine reports and dashboards and translate training results for leaders and managers.
• Support the Instructional Designer by organizing, updating learning materials and assisting with content development.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning systems and administrative processes.
