Job summary

Rocketdyne is seeking a detail-oriented Learning Administrator to stand up a best-in-class HR function. You will own the ADP Learning Management System, manage content, governance, reporting, and optimization, partnering with stakeholders to ensure compliant, engaging learning experiences.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in HR or instructional design, 5+ years in LMS administration, experience with content providers, SCORM/xAPI, and tools like Adobe Captivate or Scribe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Instructional Design, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of LMS administration and learning ops experience.
• Experience managing third-party learning content providers and libraries.
• Familiarity with learning tech such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
• Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system owner for ADP LMS, overseeing optimization, governance, UX, support, and adoption.
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content and catalogs; align with competency frameworks.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and implement enhancements, integrations, and new solutions.
• Provide governance for learning administration across business areas and ensure compliant practices.
• Execute annual training requirements with SMEs to design or procure content.
• Maintain learner records, certifications, and training data for regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and HR partners to deploy learning content and reporting needs.
• Identify enhancements to improve learner engagement and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support workforce development and business objectives.
