Job summary

GRF CPAs & Advisors is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator in Bethesda, MD. The role supports GRF’s training programs, maintains the LMS, tracks NASBA CPE compliance, and prepares reports.

Responsibilities include scheduling, communications, and following up on programs across in-person, virtual, and online formats. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office, LMS tools, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, HR, education, or accounting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel, LMS tools, data entry, and basic reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines, schedules, and administrative tasks.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS; LCvista in current use.
• Set up and maintain LMS profiles, curricula, requirements, and compliance records.
• Track CPE compliance and prepare routine reports; manage NASBA documentation.
• Maintain confidential learning and training records across programs.
• Coordinate learning logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions; communicate with participants.
• Support onboarding and department learning programs; assist with material setup and follow-up.
• Provide support for annual leadership retreat and other learning events; plan and follow-up.
• Respond to LMS inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Gather program information from stakeholders to deliver learning content.
