Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or another related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working in learning and development or HR, including designing and facilitating in-person workshops.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively design and facilitate quarterly professional development workshops
• Strengthen onboarding program including planning various new hire events
• Support the performance management cycle in goals, career conversations, talent reviews and development opportunities
• Assist with the launch and result compilation of various employee surveys
