Job summary

THE·TEAM is hiring a Learning & Development Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and delivery of our learning programs, with particular ownership of the Workday Learning platform. You will design, build and maintain learning content, manage enrolments and learner audiences, and coordinate program logistics to support onboarding, leadership development and skills-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a learning management system within a learning, development or People environment.
• Experience managing learner enrolments, audiences, courses or campaigns, and producing training reporting.
• Strong project and program coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Clear written communication and ability to create learner- and stakeholder-facing communications.
• Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Easygenerator, Asana or AI-assisted content development.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration of Workday Learning, including courses, programs, campaigns, audiences, enrolments and blended learning.
• Maintain and improve learning content and program materials and coordinate content reviews.
• Produce training completion and participation reporting and coordinate surveys to measure engagement.
• Coordinate delivery of learning programs, onboarding and in-person events, managing logistics.
• Manage learning projects from development through launch, coordinating plans, deadlines and stakeholder input.
