Job summary

Aquent is seeking a highly organized Learning & Development Operations Coordinator in Beaverton, OR to support enterprise learning programs. This role focuses on program operations, event logistics, systems administration, participant communications, and data management within the HR L&D team.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in operations or HR support, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to keep programs running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, event planning, HR operations, or program coordination.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and multitasking ability.
• Comfortable learning new systems and working independently in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of learning programs, sessions, and experiences.
• Manage event and training logistics, including room reservations, catering, A/V, and room setup.
• Enter and maintain participant and program data in the LMS and Airtable.
• Prepare communications for facilitators and participants.
• Monitor requests via a case management system and respond in a timely manner.
• Support finance and vendor administration activities, including invoices and purchase orders.
