Aquent is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to orchestrate learning programs, content development initiatives, and learner experiences within a dynamic product creation organization. You will ensure seamless execution of instructor-led, virtual, and digital training, driving skill advancement and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in Program Management or Operations and logistics in a learning environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver outcomes.
Excellent attention to detail; highly organized and analytical.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key operational partner, ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs, content development initiatives, and learner experiences.
Manage processes, maintain operational standards, and drive efficiencies that improve program delivery and scalability.
Enhance the accessibility, awareness, and adoption of technical training resources.
Collaborate with teammates and technical subject matter experts to support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences.
