Job summary

The Oregon Clinic is hiring a Learning and Development Coordinator (Hybrid/Remote) for the Central Admin in NE Portland. The role requires coordinating L&D projects, managing the leadership program, and developing engaging training materials. A minimum of two years in adult education plus LMS experience is preferred.

Local residency in Portland or SW Washington is expected. The position offers premium benefits, a competitive hourly rate, and a hybrid/remote work arrangement after training

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years working in the adult education field is required.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is strongly preferred.
• Experience in developing training is preferred.
• Experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline or similar eLearning authoring tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning and Development (L&D) projects, including scheduling meetings and tracking timelines.
• Coordinate ongoing leadership development program, including LEAD sessions and in-person events.
• Design, build, and maintain eLearning materials using Articulate Rise/Storyline.
• Coordinate training programs from planning through delivery, including enrollment and logistics.
• administer and support the LMS, including course setup and reporting.
• Track participation and learning data to evaluate programs and identify improvements.
