Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 3–5 years of experience managing internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics with setting up training opportunities for responsible area.
• Create LIVE vendor webinar events on Exceed (LMS).
• Records those events and publishes on Exceed for self-paced, on-demand training.
• Organizes Vendor Schools at Manufacturing Facilities for Trainees and others employees.
• Attends/Audits classes.
• Plans Training Events at Motion Facilities (Employees and Customers).
• Supports other Learning and Development Programs and Initiatives as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
