Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to manage training programs for employees and customers. The role focuses on executing development initiatives, performance improvement, and leadership development across Motion facilities.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong communication, teamwork, and vendor coordination skills to support ongoing training and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3–5 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience managing internal and external relationships on behalf of an organization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all logistics for training opportunities within the responsible area.
• Creates LIVE vendor webinar events on Exceed (LMS) and publishes self-paced training.
• Organizes Vendor Schools at Manufacturing Facilities for trainees and employees.
• Attends and audits classes and plans training events for employees and customers.
• Supports other learning and development programs and initiatives as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
