Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Construction Design/Build Project Manager in Indianapolis to lead projects through estimating, scheduling, design coordination, and on-site leadership. You will collaborate with clients and design teams to convert concepts into buildable solutions, drive cost savings, and guide subcontractor partnerships.

The role emphasizes rigorous on-site communication, proactive problem-solving, and delivering projects on time and within budget while upholding ARCO’s standards

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multifaceted projects from concept to closeout.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage stakeholders.
• Experience or interest in design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead every facet of the project from start to finish including estimating, scheduling, cost tracking, safety and design coordination.
• Prepare detailed, reliable project estimates for execution.
• Collaborate with clients and design teams to turn preliminary concepts into buildable solutions.
• Participate in proposal meetings to refine scope and reduce costs with value-driven insights.
• Lead subcontractor selection and buyout to ensure cost-effective partnerships.
• Facilitate bi-weekly on-site meetings to align teams and drive progress.
• Make confident decisions under pressure to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate multiple moving parts to deliver high-quality results.
