Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a Lead Enterprise Learning & Development Facilitator in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid, full-time role designs and delivers high-impact leadership learning experiences for leaders across the enterprise, partnering with HR, Talent, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs align with business priorities.

You will facilitate in-person, virtual, and large-scale live sessions, manage program operations, and leverage learning technologies to drive measurable behavior change.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; advanced study in L&D or HR is a plus.
• Experience facilitating leadership development for mid-to-senior levels.
• Strong executive presence with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Ability to design, facilitate, and manage cohort-based programs in a large corporate setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate enterprise-wide leadership development offerings in multiple formats.
• Partner with HR, Talent, vendors, and stakeholders to align programs with priorities.
• Develop session architecture, facilitation plans, and participant materials.
• Prepare speakers and coaches for sessions and ensure executive-ready updates.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and data to drive improvements.
• Lead end-to-end program operations, including timelines and logistics.
