Job summary

Solera is seeking an Operations Trainer & Learning Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that boost employee performance and operational excellence. This role partners with operational leaders to close performance gaps using effective learning solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in Training & Learning, strong facilitation skills, curriculum development experience, and comfort with AI-enabled learning tools to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Training & Learning experience required.
• Previous training, coaching, leadership, mentoring, or facilitation experience preferred.
• Experience supporting customer service or contact center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training and onboarding programs.
• Deliver upskill, refresher, and leadership development training.
• Maintain engaging learning environment to boost retention and confidence.
• Develop and update training materials, guides, and job aids.
• Support LMS administration and content updates.
• Partner with Ops to identify performance gaps and training needs.
• Use Copilot and AI-powered tools to improve training efficiency.
• Maintain training records, reports, and certifications.
