Job summary

Shield Technology Partners is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to own the organization’s learning function across a fast-growing MSP portfolio. This senior role requires building and operating an AI-forward L&D program, from design to delivery and measurement, with high autonomy.

You will drive content development, LMS management, and stakeholder collaboration to align learning with business needs across multiple entities, while scaling relevant AI literacy across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in learning & development, instructional design, or corporate training.
• Ability to own and run an L&D function or major programs end-to-end with autonomy.
• Experience developing both technical and non-technical training.
• Proficiency administering a Learning Management System (LMS) with reporting.
• Strong understanding of e-learning authoring tools and adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Translate L&D vision into executable programs with priorities and timelines.
• Run L&D operating system end-to-end from strategy through delivery.
• Design and develop digital content, job aids, and knowledge-base resources.
• Create training for technical and non-technical audiences using e-learning tools.
• Source third-party content and curate off-the-shelf material when suitable.
• Use AI to accelerate content creation and scalable learning.
• Facilitate live and virtual training across formats and audiences.
• Own LMS administration, enrollments, paths, and reporting.
• Measure learning impact and continuously improve programs.
