Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in programme or project management, operations, or related field.

• Experience managing and developing people and delegating effectively.
• Practical understanding of generative-AI concepts and tools and helping others adopt AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop L&D coordinators and set clear priorities.
• Partner with generative-AI learning team to plan and execute initiatives.
• Redesign manual, time-consuming processes to be more efficient and AI-enabled.
• Encourage practical adoption of generative-AI tools within team workflows.
• Keep complex programmes on track by anticipating risks and dependencies, and communicating with senior stakeholders.
