Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Training & Learning experience required.
• Experience supporting customer service or contact center environments preferred.
• Experience in training, coaching, leadership, mentoring, or facilitation preferred.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Able to analyze performance trends and identify learning opportunities.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led new hire training and onboarding programs.
• Deliver upskill, refresher, and leadership development training programs.
• Maintain a highly engaging learning environment that supports knowledge retention and employee confidence.
• Adapt facilitation style to accommodate multiple adult learning styles and operational audiences.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of training materials, guides, job aids, and learning resources.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and client services teams to ensure training programs remain current and aligned with business needs.
• Support LMS administration and content updates.
• Partner with Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Quality teams to identify performance opportunities and training needs.
• Analyze training effectiveness through performance trends, participant feedback, and operational results.
• Utilize Copilot, AI-powered solutions, and learning technologies to improve training efficiency.
• Develop modern learning strategies that include blended learning, virtual facilitation, self-paced resources, and digital knowledge tools.
• Maintain accurate training records, reporting, attendance logs, and certification documentation.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
