Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Delivery & Execution to drive national learning delivery across all territories, leading L&D Managers and expanding AI-enabled learning tools. The role focuses on scalable, consistent programs with local adaptability.

You will build leadership capabilities, ensure trainer readiness, and push for faster, smarter delivery using emerging technology in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in learning and development, HR, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years leading managers or dispersed teams.
• Experience implementing learning programs across multi-site frontline org.
• Strong knowledge of instructor-led, virtual, field-based and blended delivery.
• Working knowledge of AI tools in learning delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead national delivery strategy for instructor-led, virtual, in-field, and blended learning across territories.
• Translate L&D priorities into measurable execution plans with territory teams.
• Drive consistent core programs and national initiatives with local adaptation.
• Coach L&D Managers, ensure trainers are prepared and certified, and manage performance.
• Champion AI-enabled approaches to make learning delivery faster, smarter, and scalable.
