Zusammenfassung

LTA Research & Exploration seeks a Learning & Development Project Manager for a 12-month contract to drive company-wide L&D priorities. You will manage training operations, LMS implementation, and support the Manager Efficacy Program, reporting to the Talent Management Lead.

You will lead the LMS evaluation and rollout, coordinate the training calendar, and build scalable processes while ensuring stakeholder alignment across functions and teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR program management.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional execution.
• Experience coordinating learning programs, training events, or leadership development.
• Strong organization, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in evolving processes.

Aufgaben

• Manage L&D roadmap with timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Lead inventory of training and establish ownership and tracking standards.
• Lead LMS vendor evaluation and rollout with HR Systems and Finance.
• Facilitate cross-functional L&D Working Group and drive decisions.
• Coordinate training calendar, logistics, and communications.
• Support Manager Efficacy Program timelines and logistics.
• Maintain program data, surface insights to inform priorities.
• Create repeatable processes and operating rhythms for scale.
