LAGOS is seeking a Learning Systems & Development Specialist to design, implement, and maintain learning programs across the organization. You will administer the LMS, manage learning records, and collaborate with SMEs and leaders to deliver scalable, engaging training aligned with business needs.

The role focuses on content development, certification programs, and learning analytics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in employee development and compliance training.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or learning technology.

Aufgaben

• Administer the LMS, manage learner records and reporting.
• Design and develop training content, including eLearning, using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Publish and maintain learning content, curricula, and assignments across multiple domains.
• Develop dashboards and reports on training completion, compliance, certifications, and learner engagement.
