Job summary

You will create engaging content using Articulate Rise and Canva, support LMS administration, partner with HR and business partners globally, and help drive performance through ongoing measurement of program impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, Learning and Development, or Communications with emphasis on written communication.
• Experience with learning content design and delivery across virtual and in-person environments.
• Experience using LMS platforms and content authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of learning programs from planning to evaluation.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning content (facilitator guides, presentations, workbooks, job aids, e-learning).
• Collaborate with HR and business partners to align programs with objectives and regional needs.
• Support LMS administration and ensure content is organized and accessible.
