Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning & development with hands-on design and delivery of ILT and digital training.
• Retail, hospitality, or service industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Articulate and Canva; familiarity with LMS platforms and HTML/CSS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; certifications in instructional design preferred.
• Strong writing skills and ability to write in Skechers' brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance gaps using structured assessments to guide development.
• Design curricula for audiences from individual contributors to leaders.
• Develop e-learnings and assets; manage Canva and HTML/CSS tasks.
• Run onboarding, leadership, and skills programs; coordinate with HR and leaders.
• Establish evaluation methods to measure content impact and ROI.
• Deliver training sessions as needed and influence across the org.
