Qualifications

• ,Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in instructional design in retail/consumer brand
• Proven ability to design and deliver both instructor-led and digital training; strong portfolio
• Certifications in Instructional Design, Design Thinking, or Kirkpatrick are preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance gaps and design curriculum to close them across retail, onboarding, leadership, and digital initiatives.
• Build programs for audiences from individual contributors to senior leaders; collaborate with SMEs and vendors.
• Develop e-learnings and design assets; manage Canva and HTML/CSS elements; oversee LMS administration.
• Measure outcomes with evaluation methods and ROI; adjust programs based on feedback and data.
• Deliver training sessions as needed and coordinate ongoing initiatives with HR and business leaders.
