Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College is seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Coordinator to coordinate training programs, assist in developing learning materials, schedule sessions, and track employee progress. You will support LMS training and new employee orientation while maintaining records and collaborating with HR partners.

The role emphasizes evaluating training effectiveness and contributing to organizational development initiatives in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s degree.
• Three (3) years of related experience OR five (5) years of related experience.
• Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and HR/OD functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs and assist in developing learning materials.
• Schedule training sessions and track employee progress.
• Evaluate training effectiveness for in-person and LMS training.
• Maintain training records and assist with New Employee Orientation.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and L&OD team on initiatives.
