Job summary

Jobsforhumanity is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver onboarding, compliance education, leadership development, and product and system training across the organization.

The role emphasizes instructional design, engaging facilitation (virtual and in-person), and data-driven improvement, with a focus on enhancing the employee experience from day one through continuous development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate training, L&D, or employee development (not just general HR).
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and tracking learning progress.
• Strong content development and facilitation skills (online and in-person).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain structured onboarding programs for new hires.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to meet company policies and legal requirements.
• Create engaging and scalable leadership and management development programs.
• Coordinate and document product and system training for different departments.
• Utilize LMS to assign, track, and report training progress and certifications.
• Collaborate with HR, team leads, and department heads to identify training needs and close performance gaps.
• Analyze training outcomes and make recommendations for improvements based on data and feedback.
• Ensure all training content is current, accessible, and aligned with company values and goals.
