Job summary

Farm Family and Argo are part of Clearbrook Holdings Inc. A Learning and Development Specialist will implement enterprise-wide L&D programs and lead large-scale initiatives to build a high-performing culture.

The role requires on-site presence in our Chicago office during standard business hours and collaboration with HR, leaders, and SMEs to close skills gaps. You will design, deliver, and sustain learning solutions, evaluate impact using data, and manage vendor relationships and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services.
• Facilitation and training experience.
• Knowledge of learning needs analysis and instructional design methods.
• Project management of multiple HR projects.
• Experience in leadership and talent development initiatives.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic roadmap for L&D programs including leadership development and compliance training.
• Lead design, development, implementation and sustainability of centralized learning programs.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery including vendor management and budget oversight.
• Develop metrics to evaluate program performance and impact on business results.
• Collaborate with HR partners and senior leaders to update succession plans and development initiatives.
