Job summary

Clearbrook Holdings Inc. through its Argo and Farm Family brands seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver enterprise-wide L&D programs for a high-performance, inclusive culture.

You will collaborate with leaders, HR partners, and SMEs to identify needs, develop scalable solutions, manage large-scale programs, and measure impact across the organization. This on-site role requires exceptional facilitation, vendor management, and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services.
• Facilitation and training experience.
• Knowledge of learning needs analysis; instructional/program design, development and evaluation; adult learning concepts and learning methodologies.
• Project management of multiple and complex HR projects.
• Experience in implementing leadership and talent management capability review and development initiatives, competency frameworks, performance management, change management, career development, talent management and succession processes.
• Ability to execute high-impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance.
• Results focused; a consultative leadership style that builds high-performing teams across multi-disciplined projects that consistently meet targets and realize organizational benefits.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels throughout an organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience with e-learning systems.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Establish a strategic roadmap for L&D programs, including leadership development and compliance training.
• Lead design, development, implementation, communication and sustainability of centralized learning programs.
• Build change-management strategies applying new skills and habits.
• Determine training content for key compliance training needs and ensure alignment with policies.
• Assess organizational needs, co-create solutions, align with priorities.
• Develop course catalogs, manuals, visuals, and training presentations.
• Establish and manage succession planning framework; review with HR and senior leadership.
• Develop metrics to evaluate program performance and learner outcomes.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery including vendor management and budget oversight.
• Support strategic and special projects, including performance and talent management initiatives.
