Job summary

THE·TEAM in the United States is offering a Learning & Development internship that supports leadership programs, participant communications, events, and onsite experiences. Open to undergraduate and graduate students; Spring 2027 program runs January 26, 2027 to April 30, 2027; academic credit is required from a U.S.-based college or university.

Interns will collaborate with team members, facilitators, vendors and participants to help create a great learning experience.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, resourceful, and takes ownership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and productivity tools.
• Interest in learning and development, leadership, events, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life from planning to execution.
• Support timelines, dates, facilitator needs, and project plans (Asana).
• Assist with participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
