Job summary

Qualfon Philippines is seeking an onsite Learning and Development Assistant Manager in Irving, TX to supervise a high-quality training team across programs. You will work with the L&D Manager, oversee curriculum and trainers, and provide coaching, development, and guidance to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

This role requires flexibility to work evenings and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive training effectiveness and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three years supervisory experience or equivalent education is required, along with knowledge of BPO performance.
• Previous Learning & Development/Training experience is required.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong computer and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, organizes and supervises in-depth client-specific training programs.
• Provides orientation to trainees on the detailed training process flow.
• Supervises to ensure engaging training sessions and maximize learning and retention.
• Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques.
• Participates in the preparation of multiple training projects within budgets and timelines.
• Collects and summarizes client feedback and monitors projects to meet standards.
• Shares training processes with agents, supervisors, and managers.
• Identifies gaps between training and operations and recommends solutions.
• Conducts coaching and mentoring sessions with written records of interactions.
• Supervise new programs launch and onboarding processes.
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development.
• Collaborates with production supervisor in monitoring agents' performance.
• Completes Continuous Education Courses as assigned by Leadership.
• Proactively identifies training needs and strategizes improvements.
• Creates and manages continuous trainings to ensure compliance with client processes.
• Maintains training reports and shares with other departments as needed.
• Ensures trainees comply with training policies and procedures.
• Delivers professional behavior in meeting deliverables.
