Job summary

Iovino Enterprises, LLC. in New York is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve our L&D programs.

You will work with internal SMEs and external consultants to drive learning initiatives for our four NY-based construction companies. The role partners with leaders to identify training needs, manages the LMS, supports performance management, and helps employees obtain certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and juggle changing priorities.
• Well organized and comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple priorities and tasks.
• Customer driven - must be responsive to employee concerns and questions.

Responsibilities

• L&D Program Specialist: Design, develop and deliver L&D solutions with SMEs and external consultants; create awareness and follow-through of learning resources; evaluate programs for continuous improvement.
• Business partner: Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and define objectives aligned with business strategy.
• Learning Administrator: Schedule, deliver, and document L&D programs; manage logistics for sessions.
• Technology Administrator: Oversee LMS and reporting; maximize LMS capabilities and refresh content.
• Performance Management: Support goal setting, IDP development, and talent assessment with HR leadership.
• Certifications: Support employee certifications; promote CEUs and reimburse exam fees.
• New Hire Orientation: Manage orientation materials and delivery.
• Other HR duties as assigned.
