Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Master’s degree in I/O Psychology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Learning & Development strategy.
• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and design solutions.
• Coordinate and manage L&D programs, including logistics and content.
