Job summary

Iovino Enterprises in New York City-based construction group seeks an experienced L&D Specialist to lead our learning and development strategy. You will collaborate with leaders and SMEs to analyze needs, design and deliver programs, and coordinate resources to foster a strong learning culture.

As part of HR Operations, you will manage the LMS, track training impact, support certifications, and guide performance management initiatives, helping employees grow while aligning learning with business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant L&D or HR experience.
• Strong communication and presentation/facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating learning programs and content.
• Analyzing needs and measuring learning impact.
• Knowledge of HR processes and performance management.

Responsibilities

• L&D Program design, development and delivery with SMEs and external partners.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, rooms and technology for programs.
• Oversee LMS administration and reporting on learning effectiveness.
• Assist with performance management, goal setting and IDPs with executives.
• Support certification/CEU processes and learning resources.
• Lead New Hire Orientation and other HR duties.
