Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance program management or regulatory operations within financial services, fintech, or tech with payments products.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational procedures, controls, or technical specs.
• Experience with KYC, onboarding, due diligence, identity verification, risk, or compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the execution of KYC program initiatives across Meta's payments and financial services products.
• Monitor KYC program health by tracking KPIs, identifying control gaps, and escalating risks to stakeholders.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations to design scalable KYC controls and onboarding processes that meet regulatory requirements.
• Translate regulatory requirements and internal policy standards into clear procedures and technical specifications for cross-functional partners.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of KYC workflows.
• Develop and maintain program documentation including policies, procedures, process maps, and control inventories relevant to KYC and customer due diligence obligations.
• Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and compliance reviews by preparing documentation and tracking remediation.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to build reporting and monitoring capabilities for visibility into KYC performance and risk.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders across compliance, legal, and business functions.
