Job summary

Meta seeks a Program Manager to design, implement, and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance programs across its payments and financial services ecosystem. You will drive onboarding controls, identity verification, and due diligence, partnering with Legal, Engineering, Product, and Operations to close gaps and scale processes.

You will translate regulatory requirements into operational procedures, track KPIs, and prepare for regulatory examinations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance program management, regulatory operations, or related function in financial services, fintech, or tech with payment/financial products
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience translating regulatory or policy requirements into operational procedures, controls, or technical specs
• Experience with KYC, customer onboarding, due diligence, identity verification, risk, or compliance frameworks and their operational implementation
• Experience designing and operating model monitoring, testing, or attestation frameworks and producing audit- or regulator-ready evidence
• Proficiency in data analysis and techniques (SQL) to perform root cause analysis and inform processes redesign

Responsibilities

• Manage and support execution of KYC program initiatives across Meta's payments and financial services products
• Monitor KYC program health by tracking KPIs, identifying control gaps, and escalating risks
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations to design scalable KYC controls and onboarding processes
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear procedures and technical specifications for cross-functional partners
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of KYC workflows
• Develop and maintain program documentation including policies and control inventories
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and reviews by preparing documentation and tracking remediation
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to build reporting and monitoring for KYC performance
• Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders and leadership
